OFFICES
We have limited staff in different parts of the Gorge. There are times the offices will be empty as needs are being met in the field. If you need to meet in person it is recommended you make an appointment to ensure someone is there to meet your need.
VACANCIES / SHOWINGS
If you are interested in a property, please fill out rental applications for each person interested in living in the rental 18+. All applications will need to be approved using our tenant requirements. Our tenant requirements are located under the "Tenants" tab. If you're apply with a pet, please don't forget to upload a photo of your fur baby! Once approved, a team member will reach out to you.
CURRENT TENANTS
Rent:
If you haven't already done so, we encourage you to start making your rent payments online via your secure online portal. You have the option to set your rent up on automatic withdrawal if you wish to streamline your bill paying and to ensure you don't incur a late fee. The e-check option has a minimal fee under $3, but there is also a credit / debit card option. (Fees for this service are clearly outlined during the payment process. These are not property management fees, and we don't receive any part of it.) To setup or login to your online portal, click HERE.
Maintenance Requests:
If you have a maintenance request, please submit it via the online portal. If you fill out a maintenance request, you are giving authorization for contractors and vendors to enter your rental unit.
