Our hearts go out to those impacted by the COVID-19 virus. The Windermere Property Management Columbia Gorge team is dedicated to the health and safety of our community and understand the essential need for housing / shelter. Please know we are adapting to each change as fast as possible, while, continuing to safely service your rental and property management needs to the best of our ability .
We have enacted the following policies and procedures to help limit the spread and keep our community healthy.
OFFICES
By appointment only. Team members are working remotely and are available by phone and email. Masks are required in offices.
VACANCIES / SHOWINGS
If you are interested in a property, please fill out rental applications for each person interested in living in the rental 18+. All applications will need to be approved using our tenant requirements. Our tenant requirements are located under the "Tenants" tab. Once approved, a team member will reach out to you.
CURRENT TENANTS
Rent:
During this unprecedented time, we want make sure that we are doing everything we can to limit the transmission of the virus to you, other community members (like, our postal workers) and our staff. If you haven't already done so, we urge you to startmaking your rent payments online via your secure online portal. The e-check option is free to use but there is also a credit / debit card option. (Your credit company charges a fee for this service. This is not a property management fee and we don't receive any part of it.) To setupor login to your online portal, click on the HERE
RENT FORBEARANCE:Please fill out and submit the Forbearance Request Form below. Once we receive the form we will reach outto you about a repayment plan.

Maintenance Requests:
If you have a maintenance request, you can submit it via the online portal. If you fill out a maintenance request, you are giving authorization for contractors and vendors to enter your rental unit and accepting the risk of contracting COVID-19. Windermere Property Management is not a maintenance or construction company and do not have control over the vendor's company policies.
